Enhancing Business Impact Through the Enneagram

What an extraordinary time to be an Executive Assistant!  The role has evolved in meaningful ways, bringing not only different demands, but also different opportunities for true business partnership. 

Being a true business partner requires many things, including self awareness, which is a key indicator of performance, job satisfaction and effectiveness of working with others.  

In our next EA Masterclass, “Enhancing Business Impact Through the Enneagram” participants will have the opportunity to take the Enneagram and then learn how his/her Enneagram type can be used to: 

• Build on core strengths and manage blind spots as revealed by the Enneagram

• Recognize patterns that may impact productivity

• Foster stronger relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Manage up, set boundaries with greater ease and effectiveness

• Communicate and engage with others with increased flexibility, confidence and impact   

We will dive into the Enneagram sharing unique strategies for each Enneagram type.  Participants learn about their own and others’ types so as to better understand core motivations, blind spots and strengths. 

In addition, we will share strategies to improve their communication styles so that their messaging can be understood and received as effectively as possible, across all stakeholders.
