PROGAM OVERVIEW

The Why:
Aster Talent Early Careers was created to support the very specialized needs of college students and recent college grads entering the workforce.

Foundations for Early Career Success will provide highly actionable learnings and proven strategies that are crucial not only for securing a job, but also for continued career success.

The What:
A high-impact 3-part workshop series is supplemented by real-time coaching and networking opportunities equipping participants with actionable, needle-moving tools.

The Who:
Facilitated by leaders in Communications Coaching and Executive Search bringing decades of experience working with high-performing professionals, workshops will incorporate real-life examples relevant to anyone starting out in professional life, and powerful insights for navigating new corporate environments.


THE PROGRAM

Interactive Workshops

(3) 80-minute interactive virtual workshops which include content followed by dedicated Q&A for real-time coaching and practice.

Coaching Session

(1) 20-minute 1:1 coaching session with one of the 2 program leaders

Networking

Ongoing networking and learning opportunities for program “alumni”

LinkedIn Audit

Review and feedback on individual LinkedIn profiles

Resources

Access to an invite-only LinkedIn Group, for ongoing discussion, networking and useful resources

The Fine Print:

  • For maximum learning, peer networking (and fun) these sessions will be highly interactive. As such, all sessions will be in meeting format on Zoom (cameras on!)

  • To promote active participation, all will buy into this being a judgment-free environment.

  • Because we believe that maximum benefit will be derived from active participation, these sessions will not be recorded. If you miss a workshop, you are welcome to make it up in a future cohort.

  • To foster community, conversation, and individualized learning opportunities, space is strictly limited.

  • The 1:1 coaching session may be used until Dec. 20, 2024.

  • Cost: $1000

Ruthanne Roth is the Founder & CEO of Aster Talent. She brings over 20 years of recruitment experience giving her deep understanding of interview processes and the common traits of successful professionals.

A natural connector and relationship builder, Ruthanne partners with job seekers at all levels to articulate their strengths and to think strategically about networking.

Kim Morrow


Kim Morrow is Aster Talent’s Head of Professional Development. An executive coach, workshop facilitator, and public speaker, Kim works with talent across all levels and functions to enhance executive presence, leadership, persuasive communications, and relationship building. Firms of all sizes have come to rely on Kim’s expertise to support emerging leaders as they navigate the workforce.
