Emily Gourlay is a Director at Aster Talent. She drives the Firm's efforts working with Emerging Human Capital leaders from both a search and professional development perspective.

In addition, Emily leverages her Events & Communications background to place similar roles at funds.

Prior to joining Aster Talent, Emily worked as an Investment Assistant at Viking Global Investors, a preeminent long short equity hedge fund based in New York.

Emily began her career in Special Events, working on large-scale global events at both Time Inc. and the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI).

Emily majored in French and International Studies at Denison University. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and entertaining. She also loves spending time with her husband, two young children and the family mini goldendoodle, Marvin.
