Jeff Carlson is an executive coach and facilitator who works with organizations to drive performance through behavioral and mindset change. He prides himself on his ability to engage audiences and provide critical skills for immediate business impact.

He joins Aster Talent Professional Development with over 15 years experience working with Private Equity, Hedge Funds and Investment Banking firm on topics related to communication, leadership, influence, client relationship building, diversity and inclusion, mindset/mental toughness, and team performance.

Jeff received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Murray State University. His research in sport and social psychology has been published in various psychology journals. He is also a certified practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming and holds a Master Certification in Zenger Folkman Extraordinary Leader.
