Katherine is a Managing Director at Aster Talent and brings over 15 years of agency recruiting experience after working in both in Investment Banking and in Private Equity.

Katherine began her career as a Human Resources Analyst at Bear Stearns working in Fixed Income Recruiting and then joined J.P. Morgan in Investment Banking Campus Recruiting. After J.P. Morgan, Katherine worked as an HR Associate at Apax Partners. Prior to joining Aster Talent, Katherine spent 7 years working at at another search firm conducting searches with multiple buy-side firms.

Katherine holds her BA in Communications from Villanova University.   Outside of the office, Katherine loves to spend time with family and friends. With her husband and three young boys, her house is full of energy and loud. She loves interior design and hunting for treasures at local and online antique stores.
