Katy Smith is a Managing Director at Aster Talent. She joins the Admin/Support team with nearly 10 years of recruiting experience working with a national search firm across a broad range of industries. 

Katy began her career recruiting within corporate Finance and Accounting, and then gained expertise recruiting for Administrative Support and Human Resources positions at all levels, both full-time and temporary. 

Katy holds a Bachelors of Science in Management and Marketing from Tulane University in New Orleans. 

In her free time, Katy enjoys cooking, yoga/cycling, and hosting friends and family at her house. Her husband works in the hospitality business so she is a great person to ask for restaurant recommendations.  

Katy resides in a suburb of Dallas with her husband, two daughters, and dog, Charlie.
