Building on the Foundations Masterclass, EAs will continue to hone essential skills to be a Business Partner.
All sessions start at 9am PT/12pm ET/5pm UK and will last 50 minutes with plenty of time for Q&A and the opportunity for real-time coaching during “Ask the Coach” via the confidential chat.
SESSION DESCRIPTIONS
SESSION 1: ADVANCED COMMUNICATION SKILLS (FEBRUARY 13)
The ability to communicate with confidence, sensitivity, and brevity is an essential skill for EAs. In this interactive webinar, we will go beyond the basics to review advanced communication skills and strategies.
We will simulate real-life situations to demonstrate these important skills and lead rich confidential discussions through the Chat.
EAs will gain techniques to more confidently and effectively communicate verbally and in writing, which will elevate their credibility as trusted business partners and enhance the value they bring to the firm.
SESSION 2: MASTERING DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS (MARCH 12)
Part and parcel of being an effective EA is the ability to master difficult conversations. The greater the ability, the more it impacts an EAs credibility, productivity, and trust.
In this webinar, EAs will learn advanced techniques to speak with greater persuasion and professionalism in high-stakes situations while maintaining professional composure.
SESSION 3: NETWORKING & RELATIONSHIP BUILDING (APRIL 16)
An EA's ability to get things done is directly related to the quality of the relationships built. Networking can be an important tool to broaden knowledge, gain best practices, and access an extensive pool of resources.
Otherwise stated, the greater the network and professional rapport, the more ease and influence with which an EA can work.
This session will equip EAs with the tools to work with greater ease and influence so as to leverage both internal and external networks, strengthen personal brands, and strengthen rapport with stakeholders.
