Val has over 25 years of professional experience, including serving as a CHRO for a multi-billion dollar corporation.  Since 2014, Val has dedicated her career to facilitation and coaching delivering high-impact programs for clients in the US, Europe, APAC, and Canada in French, English and Spanish.

Combining her business acumen and strong working knowledge of numerous coaching methodologies, she facilitates workshops on a wide range of topics including: Communication, Influencing Skills, Growth Mindset, Conscious Inclusion, Executive Presence, Productivity, Change Management and Presentation skills.

Val began her career as an Executive Assistant giving her a unique understanding of this population. As a workshop leader and coach across our Admin/Support Professional Development efforts, she brings business-relevant content and reliability to this audience.

A strong advocate for lifelong learning, Valerie holds a BA from McGill University, an MIA from the University IX Paris Dauphine and an MBA from UQAM, along with ICF-PCC accreditation and certifications in a number of psychometric assessments such as Standout and MBIT and certification in neuroscience.
